Innocent college student Suzzane (Alexis Wassel) accidentally falls in with the wrong crowd when her roommate asks her to help make a batch of homemade LSD. Initially hesitant to try the drug because of her prim and proper morals, she soon finds herself tuning in, turning on, and dropping out into an underground world of hallucinogenic free love. But it’s not long until LSD’s more sinister side begins to take effect, leading to an orgy of both sex and violence.

A grimy and spirited New York indie produced by future exploitation legends Jack Bravman (Snuff) and Ed Adlum (Shriek of the Mutilated) and directed by character actor Raf Mauro, Blonde on a Bum Trip is a wonderfully weird grindhouse classic that has gained cult status in no small part due to its incredible original garage-rock soundtrack by the E-Types and the Vagrants.
